Legal cell.- (1) There shall be a legal cell in the corporationconsisting of such number of officers possessing such qualifications as may beprescribed.(2)The corporation shall consult the legal cell on all matters pertainingto the interpretation of the provisions of this Act and the Rules, Regulations andbye-laws made there under and also in matters pertaining to the institution,defence or conduct of suits and other legal proceedings to which the corporationis a party.(3)The expenditure on the legal cell shall be met out of the corporation
