41. Exemption.
- 41.1 Nothing contained in these Regulations shall apply to a local authority engaged in the business of distribution of electricity before the appointed date.41.2Nothing contained in these Regulations shall apply to consumers who have migrated from one Distribution Licensee to another Distribution Licensee operating in the same area of distribution
