Section 29(a) in The Orissa Homoeopathic Regulations, 1972
(a)A candidate can submit one application through the Principal of the institution within one month of the declaration of results alongwith a fee of Rs. 10 for each subject to conform as to whether his answer paper of that particular subject or subjects have been properly examined and reasonably marked or not.
