Section 10(1) in The Shree Shanaishwar Devasthan Trust (Shingnapur) Act, 2018
(1)The State Government may remove from office, the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Treasurer or any other member of the Committee, on any of the following grounds, namely:-(a)that he has incurred any of the disqualifications mentioned in section 9;(b)that in the opinion of the State Government, the standard of performance of such person is not found to be satisfactory or not upto the expected standard of performance.
