Section 182(2) in Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules, 1988
(2)An associate member shall not be required to contribute to the share capital of the sugar mill, but shall pay such admission fee as may be specified in the bye-laws which shall not in any case exceed five rupees. The admission fee shall not be refunded.
