376. Modification of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
- For the purpose of the acquisition of land for the Corporation under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 - whether"under this Chapter or any other chapter of this Act(a)the said Act shall be subject to the modifications specified in the Schedule to this Act;(b)the award of the Tribunal shall be deemed to be the award of the Court under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
