Section 1(3)(a) in Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Standards of Quality of Service and Consumer Protection (Addressable Systems) Regulations, 2017

(a)Except as otherwise provided in sub-clause (b), these regulations shall come into force after one hundred and eighty days from the date of publication of these regulations in the Official Gazette.
