Section 98(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Police Act, 2007
(1)A person may lodge his complaint relating to any misconduct including criminal misconduct on the part of any Police Officer either with the departmental Police authorities or with the State Police Complaints Authority or the District Police Complaints Authority.
