(1)The area comprised in the loge at Masulipatnam shall form part of Bandar Town in Kistna District and the area comprised in the loge at Calicut shall form part of Calicut Town in Malabar District and the said areas shall be administered accordingly.(2)All enactments for the time being in force in any of the said towns and all notifications, orders, schemes, rules, forms and bye-laws issued, made or prescribed under such enactments and for the time being in force in any of the said towns shall extend to and be in force in and shall always be deemed to have extended to and to have been in force in the area included in that town by the preceding paragraph.
