Section 2(4)(g) in The Maharashtra Electricity Consumption of Electrical Energy (Restriction) Order, 1974

(g)"seasonal industries" means the industries specified in Schedule 'D' hereto annexed and such other industries as the State Government may by an order in writing declare from time to time to be seasonal industries;
