Section 3(a) in The Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners (Appointment of Examiners, Centre Superintendent and Conduct of Examinations) Regulations, 1984
(a)no person shall be appointed as an examiner unless he has at least three years teaching experience in an institution recognised by the Council or the Central Council of Homoeopathy for the purpose of education and examinations.
