Section 22(3) in West Bengal Electrical Licensing Rules, 2017
(3)Any candidate of advanced age not less than 40 years who has passed any one of-(a)Madhyamik pariksha or its equivalent examination; or(b)relevant Part of Electrical Workman's Permit examination having at least 10 (ten) years of practical experience which is regarded as satisfactory by the Board, may be allowed to sit for the oral examination and practical test for grant of Supervisor Certificate of Competency on application and payment of necessary fee as mentioned in Annexure IV.
