Section 70(ii) in University of Udaipur Teachers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
(ii)If a teacher is transferred while on leave, full joining time is admissible irrespective of the date of receipt of orders. If a teacher joins before the expiry of such leave the period of leave not availed of shall be cancelled.
