Section 59(2) in The Bihar Panchayat Election Rules, 2006
(2)After that the following labels will be pasted on the inner and outer portion of the box -(a)Name of the Gram Panchayat,(b)Name and Number of the Polling Station ;(c)Election of Mukhiya/Sarpanch or Member/Panch of the Gram Panchayat or Member of the Panchayat Samiti/Zila Parishad (as the case may be);(d)Serial number of the Ballot Box which will be noted on the label of the outside portion after the closure of poll; and(e)Date of Poll.
