Section 109(3) in Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules, 1988
(3)(a)The decisions shall be reduced in writing and also contain an order as to costs.(b)A copy of the decision shall be communicated free of cost by the Registrar to the parties to the petition or application by personal delivery under acknowledgement or under certificate of posting.
