Section 1(1) in Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Cogeneration and Generation of Electricity from Renewable Sources of Energy) Regulations, 2008
1.2These Regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette of the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
