Section 18(2) in BIHAR SPECIAL ARMED POLICE ACT, 2021
(2)Without prejudice to the generality of the provisions of sub-section (1), the Government may make rules for Special Armed Police officers on thefollowing matters, namely,(a)Recruitment, classes and grades, conditions of service, pay and allowances, retirements benefits and matters connected therewith;(b)Discipline and Conduct(c)Powers and Duties of officers authorized to exercise any functions by or under this Act(d)For taking into legal custody, for specifying the prison in which a person arrested/convicted in any such case may be confined and the disposal of criminal cases arising under this Act.
