Section 93(1) in The U.P. Kshettra Panchayats And Zila Panchayats Adhiniyam, 1961
(1)A Zila Panchayat or a Kshettra Panchayat may at any time call for from any of its Committees and likewise a Committee may call for from any of its sub-Committees, a report of or extract from the proceedings of such Committee or sub-Committee or as the case may be, any return.
