21K. Storage and Retrieval of Electronically filed documents, proceedings and pleadings.
- All the documents filed under Rule 21-B shall be stored on an exclusive server maintained under the directions of the High Court. Each case will be separately labelled and encrypted for this purpose to facilitate easy identification and retrieval. The security of such document shall be ensured and access to them shall be restricted in such manner as may be directed by the High Court from time to time. Back-up copies of all such documents shall also be preserved separately in the manner laid down by the High Court.]
