(1)Kulpati shall be appointed by the Kuladhipati "under the doctrine of pleasure" after consultation with the State Government from a panel of not less three distinguished persons in the field of technical education recommended by the search committee constituted under sub-section (2) or sub-section (6):Provided further that if the person or persons approved by the Kuladhipati out of those recommended by the Committee are not willing to accept the appointment, the Kuladhipati may call for fresh recommendations from search Committee.
