Section 6(1) in Uttarakhand River Valley (Development and Management) Act, 2005
(1)For the efficient discharge of its functions, the Authority may, appoint technical ad-visors/institutions from amongst of the fields, namely Environment Management, Geology, Eco-planning, Integrated Energy, Planning, Social Science, Forest Ecology, Law and others.
