39. Form of Contractor's License.
(1)The Electrical Contractor's License shall be in Form E and the grant of License is subject to the conditions as set out therein.(2)Size and Format of Form-E may be varied in case of Computer printing or in the form of displayable identity (ID) card as decided by the Licensing Board.
