(22)The University may conduct extensive research, surveys, training and implement any schemes for the public and public welfare anywhere in the State such as (including but not limited to) Free Wireless Internet, Free Food, State Library, Creating Greenery and Forest, mass agriculture,. literacy mission, distribution of free plants, seeds and books, conducting health and awareness campaigns on various issues, conducting research and offering sustainable low cost housing etcetera. This can be done and implemented with the collaboration of various departments and agencies of the State.
