Section 75(a) in Police Regulations, Bengal , 1943
(a)Early in January the Superintendent shall submit to the Deputy Inspector-General a confidential report in B. P. Form No. 1 on each Additional, Assistant or Deputy Superintendent who has served under him during all or part of the previous year.
