Section 41(1) in Sher-I-Kashmir Universities of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Act, 1982
(1)The authorities of the University may make regulations consistent with this Act and the Statutes for-(i)laying down the procedure for their meetings and the number of members required to form the quorum ;(ii)providing for matters which by this Act and the Statutes are to be regulated by Regulations;(iii)providing for any other matter solely concerning the authority and not provided for by this Act and the Statutes.
