Section 19(1) in The Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University Act, 1998
(1)(i)The Comptroller of the University shall be a whole time salaried officer of the University, appointed by the Executive Council from out of a panel of three names of officers belonging to Indian Audit and Accounts by the State Government, on deputation.(ii)The Comptroller shall hold officer for a period of three years subject to such terms and conditions as specified by the Executive Council:Provided that, a person appointed as Comptroller shall retire from office if, during the term of his office, he competes the age of fifty-eight years.]]
