Section 3(1) in M.P. Farmers' Organisation Rules, 1999
(1)The meetings of the General Bodies under clause (p) of Section 17, clause (1) of Section IS and clause (j) of Section 19 of the Act, shall be held at least twice in a year, once before the kharif and once before the rabi season. The meetings shall be presided over by the Chairperson/President as the case may be and in his absence the members present shall elect one person from amongst themselves to President/Chairman of the meeting.
