Section 9(7)(b) in Bihar High Schools (Constitution, Powers and Functions of Managing Committee) Rules, 1964

(b)the committee may at any time decide, by at least two thirds of the total membership to remove the Secretary. The decision of the Committee shall take effect from the date the resolution in that behalf is passed by the Committee.
