Section 9(7) in Bihar High Schools (Constitution, Powers and Functions of Managing Committee) Rules, 1964
(7)The term of office of the Secretary of a Committee shall be three years from the date of his election or till the date he ceases to be a member of the Committee whichever is earlier:Provided that-(a)Secretary may at any time resign from the office, in which case, his resignation will be effective from the date if it is accepted by the Committee,(b)the committee may at any time decide, by at least two thirds of the total membership to remove the Secretary. The decision of the Committee shall take effect from the date the resolution in that behalf is passed by the Committee.
