Section 5(iii) in Haryana State Central Co-operative Bank's Staff Service (Common Cadre) Rules, 1975
(iii)The service would comprise of the temporary employees and the permanent employees. Temporary employee means in employee who has been appointed for a limited period or work which is essentially of a temporary nature.
