107. Connection with publicity agencies. [§ 12, Act V, 1861].
(a)Every person to whom these regulations apply is prohibited from being an accredited correspondent of any news agency or of any newspaper or other periodical.(b)The rules framed by Government relating to broadcasting by wireless are binding on all persons to whom these regulations apply.
