Section 17(1) in West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development Act, 2013
(1)The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) shall be responsible for carrying out and giving effect to the decisions of the Council and of any Committee or body constituted by it under this Act.
