Section 2(d) in The Punjab Cattle Fairs (Regulation) Rules, 1968
(d)[ 'yellow card holder' means a person whose annual income does not exceed three thousand and six hundred rupees and who has been issued yellow card by the State Government or by an Officer authorised by it in this behalf on the basis of such income.] [Added vide Punjab Government Notification No. G.S.R 56/P.A. 6/68/S. 22/Amd.
