Section 9(1) in Haryana Housing Board (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Officers and Employees) Regulations, 2006
(1)The mode of recruitment to various posts in the Service shall be as specified in column 7 of Appendix A to these regulations :Provided that the number of appointees by any particular mode of recruitment to that post at any point of time shall not fall below that percentage of the total number of that post, wherever indicated in column 7 itself.
