(1)The Chancellor, he Vice-Chancellor, the Rector and the members of the Court, the Executive Council, an the Academic Council, so long as they continue to hold such office or membership shall constitute a body corporate by the name of "The Dibrugarh University."(2)The University shall have perpetual succession and a common seal, and shall sue and be sued by that name.
