Section 6 in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
6. Secular character of University.
- The University shall be open for study to all persons irrespective of class, caste, creed, religion, language or gender or like considerations :Provided that nothing in this section shall be deemed as preventing the University from making special provisions for admission into courses of study in the University or for concessions in fee, in favour of students who are ordinary residents of the State of Nagaland.
