Section 3(7) in Bihar State Regulation of Cold Storage Licensing Rules, 1993
(7)(a)Entire campus, out house, Store and entrance of Basement where Cold Storage is situated shall be kept neat and clean.(b)Cold Storage and its basement where it is situated shall be disinfected and deodorised as many times as necessary at least once in a calendar year.
