Section 20(1) in The U.P. Employees State Insurance Scheme Labour Medical Services Ayurvedic Pharmacist Service Rules, 1995
(1)The scales of pay admissible to the persons appointed to a post in the Service shall be such as may be determined by the Government from time to time.
