Section 58(1) in Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Employees Service) Regulations, 2015
(1)Save as provided in sub-regulation (3) no employee shall, except with the previous approval of the competent authority, give evidence in connection with any enquiry conducted by any person, committee or authority.
