Section 13(1) in The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017
(1)Every Government establishment shall furnish to the local special employment exchange returns in Form - I once in every six months for the period from 1st April to 30th September and from 1st October to 31st March, and in Form -II once in every two years.
