Section 25(1) in The M.P. Rajya Matsya Vikas Nigam Adhiniyam, 1979
(1)The Nigam shall, in respect of every financial year submit to the State Government for approval by the 31st December of the preceding financial year, a statement of programme of its activities together with annual financial statement showing therein in detail the estimated receipt and expenditure of the Board for that financial year.
