Section 90(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009
(1)Start-up power:Energy drawn during start up and backing down up to a maximum of 42 days in a financial year be set off against the energy sale to the distribution licensee within state thereafter energy drawn be billed at temporary tariff on daily basis. Where sale to distribution licensee is not affected, such drawal be billed on daily basis.
