33. Conduct of business at meeting.
(1)Every question to be determined by the Council shall be determined on a motion moved by a member and put to the Council the Presiding Authority.(2)The votes at the meetings shall be taken by show of hands.(3)In all cases where voting has taken place, any member of the Council may require that or the names and numbers of the minority of those who decline to vote and those who are absent be entered in the minutes.(4)The results of the votes shall be announced by the Presiding Authority and shall not be called in question.
