33. The Librarian.
(1)The Librarian shall be appointed by the Executive Committee in accordance with the Statutes and shall be responsible to that Committee for the purchase, cataloguing, maintenance, issue and receipt of books and journals and for all other matters concerning the library.(2)The salary and allowances and other condition of service of the Librarian shall be such as may be prescribed.
