5. Staff of the Authority.
(1)In order to enable the Authority to properly function or exercise the powers under the Act, the Government may appoint such number of technical personnel and other staff as it may consider necessary.(2)The functions and the terms and conditions of service of such employees shall be such as may be prescribed by the State Government.
