22. Appointment, powers and functions of Deans.
(1)The Deans shall be appointed by the Board on recommendations of the Director and on such terms and conditions as may be laid down by the Statutes.(2)The Deans shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be assigned to them under this Act, Statutes, Ordinances or Regulations or by the Board, as the case may be.
