(1)The accounts of the receipts and expenditure of the Authority shall be audited and certified by, or on behalf of, the Auditor-General of India.(2)The Authority shall publish annually a report of their operations during the preceding year and a statement of accounts in a form approved by the Auditor-General.GOI.191
