Section 3 in The Rajasthan Grant of Subsidy (On Managerial Staff) to Small Scale Industries Run by Cooperative Societies Rules, 1970
3. Definitions.
- (i) "Assistant Director" means Assistant Director of Industries and Civil Supplies and shall include, Project Officer. Rural Industrialisation and District Industries Officer.(ii)"Co-operative Society" means a society constituted and registered under the Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act. 1965 (Rajasthan Act 13 of 1965).(iii)"Director" means Director of Industries and Civil Supplies, Rajasthan, Jaipur and shall include Joint Director of Industries and Civil Supplies, Rajasthan, Jaipur.(iv)"Manager" means an Office Manager who has received training in Co-operative management in Co-operative training school within the State or outside.(v)"Subsidy" means financial assistance granted by the Government to enable the small scale industry run by the Co-operative Society to meet the pay and allowances of the Manager/Technical Manager engaged by them.(iv)"Technical Manager" means a person holding a diploma from a recognised institute in the concerned trade with at least 2 years experience.
