Section 34(a) in The Indira Gandhi Agriculture University, Raipur Statutes, 1987
(a)He shall be responsible to the Dean for organisation of the teaching, in the Department, for the quality and efficient progress of the work related therewith and for the formulation and execution of Departmental policies as they effect the Department.
