(1)The manner of voting shall be by way of marking system, Every ballot paper shall be in Form XI (and in such colour as may be specified by the election authority). The ballot paper shall contain the number of the candidates in serial order, their names against the serial number and the symbols assigned to them.(2)[x x x x x].
